Reception and Lobby:

Once at our hospital you will be greeted by a Client Relations Representative. They will help you check in for your appointment and assist you in whatever you need. Our Client Relations team prides themselves on their excellent client and patient service, and also on their always-increasing medical knowledge. Don't mistake them for paper pushers! Our waiting area is designed to keep you and your pet comfortable in a home-like atmosphere. We carry a full line of Science Diet Prescription Diet dog and cat food. We also carry various treats and chews for your four-legged friends.

While in our lobby you may be visited by one or both of our two clinic cats, Harry Houdini and Queen Elizabeth. Houdini is a  9 year old medium hair black cat, and Elizabeth is a 17 year old longhair calico cat. They both enjoy "supervising" the Client Relations team and visiting our clients as well. If you offer them a treat or a scratch they'd be delighted!
